Dunham-Bush Malaysia has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with SPD Tech Valley Sdn. Bhd. for approximately 32 acres of industrial land at SPD Tech Valley in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

The agreement was signed on 28 August 2026 at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur by Mr. Yu Boashuang, Managing Director of Dunham-Bush Industries Sdn. Bhd., and Mr. Ten Wee Seong, representing SPD Tech Valley Sdn. Bhd. and Chief Executive Officer of Seri Pajam Development Group.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by YAB Dato’ Haji Ismail bin Lasim, Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan, together with representatives from the Negeri Sembilan State Government, Invest Negeri Sembilan and the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA).

The new development represents an estimated Phase 1 investment of RM172 million and will further expand Dunham-Bush’s manufacturing capabilities in Malaysia.

The expansion builds on Dunham-Bush’s long-standing presence in Malaysia and supports the company’s continued growth as a global HVAC/R solutions provider.
